Counts Description
ROCK REPLACE SIDE. ROCK 1/4 TURN PIVOT 1/2 TURN. 1/2 TURN. 1/4 TURN RHONDE
1&2 Rock R behind L, replace weight on L, step R to R side, (Allowing L to slowly drag up to R)
3&4 Rock L behind R, replace weight on R, make 1/4 turn L stepping fwd L (Allowing R to slide towards L)
5&6  Step R fwd, pivot 1/2 L, step fwd R 
7&8& (7) Step L fwd, (&) pivot 1/2 stepping fwd on R, (8) making 1/2 turn R stepping back L keeping  R toe pointing fwd then on an (&) count continue into a sweep/rhonde 1/4 turn R keeping  toes close  to floor (you should end facing 6 o clock wall. (Done this with the counts next to the steps to help  with the timing)
ROCK REPLACE, FWD. ROCK REPLACE BACK. SIDE ROCK REPLACE CROSS, ROCK 1/4 TURN
1&2 Rock back R, replace weight fwd on L, step fwd R 
3&4 Rock fwd L, replace weight back R, step back L 
5&6 Rock R to R side, replace weight on L, cross R over L 
7&8 Rock L to L side, making a 1/4 turn R stepping fwd R, step fwd L 
ROCK REPLACE SWEEP. ROCK REPLACE 1/4 RHONDE. ROCK REPLACE 1/2 RHONDE , ROCK REPLACE FWD
1&2 Rock fwd R, replace weight back on L, sweep R out to R side
3&4 Rock back on R, replace weight fwd on left, rhonde 1/4 turn L 
5&6 Rock fwd on R, replace weight back on L, make 1/2 turn R rhonde 
7&8 Rock back on R, replace weight fwd L, rock fwd R, (On the rhonde's & sweeps, try keeping toes close to floor)
ROCK REPLACE BACK. CROSS 1/4 TURN. SWAY FWD, SWAY BACK. ROCK ,REPLACE SIDE
1&2 Rock fwd on L, replace weight back on R, step back on L
3&4 Cross R over L, making 1/4 turn R step back on L, step fwd on R
5-6  Rock fwd on L, step back on R (This is a swaying motion fwd and back)
7&8  Rock back on L, replace weight on R, step L to L side.
