| I knew right away from the beginning Piper was a "Great One", though that is not how he got his name. Dewitt was my uncle's name who introduced me to the wonderful world of dogs and my first Irish Setter. Dewitt passed away a few weeks after Piper was born, so it was only right his name would be connected to Piper forever. Piper was born in 1999, the year Wayne Gretsky retired Being a big hockey fan that is where "Great One" came from. Piper is a very happy and outgoing boy.He has correct movement and his headpiece is stunning with wonderful expression.I can't say enough about him.In my eyes he IS a Great One. Piper is now home and injoying his well diserved retirement,thank you William Alexander, who I am very grateful to, Piper and Will made a great team!!! Piper was #1 All breeds in Canada for 2005!! Piper was awarded 100 BIS during is show career!!! Piper is at stud to aproved bitches I would also like to give special thanks to Piper's other owners: Alfons &Pat Konrad who are made Piper's accomplishments possible!! |
