Re: "body board" saying - THose waves suck in ri you need to move

Tide12: Tip of the Day: Don't email poeple you don't know and start talking trash. Don't tell them what they "need" to do. I love where I live and I'm happy with the people and places around me. The people who receive the type of email like the one I received from you have better things to do then respond to you unless you have something knowledgable to say. If you're so proud of the area in which you ride, surf, and/or live, then you should make a page out of it. If you have one, I'd love to see it and give you and your break some constructive criticism.

You obviously don't know anything about bodyboarding seeing as you spelled bodyboard as two words for a subject. Also, you can't be anyone too important or educated because you can't type. Your lack of proper punctuation further supports my conclusion. In addition, no bodyboarder who is deeply into the sport would email a fellow rider and tell them that their break "sucks". Point is, you make with what the ocean gives you. Wether it be "in big waves or in mush, lefts or rights, dropknee or prone, in the barrel or on the shoulder"(taken from a letter in Bodyboarding Magazine sent by Joel Manalastas, San Diego, California). Anytime you think the waves suck and you start complaining, you should think about how privileged you are not to live in a desert where the closest beach is so far away that you couldn't walk to it in an eternity. As a result, I don't think that you deserve another second of my day. If you or anyone else who read this wants to further discuss this, please let me know. In fact, if you read this, I invite your response. Otherwise, if you're going to do so in the fashion that you did with the other two, don't mail me again.

Sincerely,

tide12
