Congratulations to Keri Kolar of Wisconsin on the purchase of Flare!!
This beautiful boy is going to be heading to the state of Wisconsin. Flare is a good example of the colorful Arabian cross. Flare is 75% Arabian. He has always had a very friendly and outgoing disposition since he was born. He was one who would always willingly greet people as a foal. Regardless of whether he knew them regularly or not. Flare is going to make a outstanding riding and companion some day. He has some true potential. He's a natural in the Western type and movement. We truly wish Flare and his new owner Kari the best of luck. Flare is his daddy's boy. Flare is also one of the few horses who remain to carry on the bloodlines of Nighter. Some of the old greats are very close up and that's a nice thing to see in this day and age.

A good portion of the photos below are brand new from August. Some are from June of 05.
Hi Diane:
Flare is doing great. Thursday we went on a 8 mile trail ride and my friend ponied him along. He got his first taste of mud, creek water up to his belly and a long wooden bridge. He was such a little trooper. Everyone thinks he is the cutest little horse. (Even my quarterhorse friend is starting to like him!!!!) I've been walking him across tarps - with no hesitations on his part. He does better than my 8 year old gelding on that.Soon we will be hauling him to and from our 4-H horse meetings. He should get used to more hauling & strange surroundings. Should be interesting.
He really is doing great!! Talk to you soon Keri
