Stories from Mulla Nazeer-Ud-Deen
Mulla Nazeer-ud-deen was not a joker.  He made surcastic comments to make a point.  Some say he was a great philosopher and some say he was a sufi saint.  Either way Mulla stories are thought provoking.

Once Mulla's wife heard heard a big sound of falling him down.  She called, "Mullah what happened?".
Mulla replied, "Nothing.  My shirt has fallen."
Wife had a doubt. "Then why so much of sound?"
Mullla clarified. "I was within the shirt"

People do something wrong and when they get a punishment, they claim that the punishment was not for their wrong doing.  Why don't they realize they too will fell if they are in the shirt?
