{rollo}T-64 MBT was never exported, nor manufactured by other countries under license. Just a properly russian tank, and the dorsal spine of the soviet armour division during mostly of the 70's and early 80's.It was developed during the 60 decade, being accepted for production in 1969. The T-64 prototypes mounted a 115 mm smooth bore gun, but the first produced T-64A fitted a 125 mm automatically fed main gun.

Standard equipment includes fully NBC protection system, computerised fire control system, fire detection and supression system, and deep fording kit (15 feet).

This model has been upgraded many times, mostly in order to improve its battlefield survivality improving the armour in the turret and hull, and recently has been fitted with ERA (Explosive Reacting Armour).
