ALVIS SALADIN ARMOURED CAR

{ROThe Alvis Saladin was developed shortly after the end of the WW2, so it has no NBC protection system nor night or thermal sights systems; but, anyway, Alvis has developed an upgrade package for extending the operating life of the Saladin into the next century. It was built in Alvis, Coventry, between 1958 and 1972. A clue of its age is the close ressemblance between the Saladin (6x6) and the older Daimlers and Humblers. The upgrade package we were talking before consists in a new fuel engine with automatic trasmission.
