| Feb, 03: Added jokes to the jokes page. Today, I went on a shopping spree with my dear old Mom. I'm sure I looked loony taking pictures beside VW Volkswagons that I had no intention on buying. And then I had strange encounters of the male kind. All I wanted to do is look at old Elfquest comics, but instead I walk into the comic store and meet literally, 50 guys in trench coats huddled around in the back of the store. I fled, fearing my life. I know, they were probably nice guys, but I didn't spot any other females around. And you know, this web-site is lookin' really dreary without any cool graphics. |

| Pigs have always been a big part of the Medieval diet. That held true for England until the Normans came. The new Norman overlords much preferred their "boef" (beef) and left the pig eating to the Saxons. The Church's "Meatless Fridays" further depressed the consumption of swine and the "Madde Cowe Plague" of 1082 merely shifted dietary habits towards fish and fowl. Distressed, the Saxon Pork Boarde searched far and wide for ways to increase their sales - especially since unslaughtered hogs were "makin'bacon" and rapidly overpopulating their pens. At first, the arrival of the Scottish/German chain of taverns known as Mac Donalds brought much hope and exitement until it was discovered that there was, in fact, no ham in hamburger. However, they found inspiration in this new food and decided to promote the consumption of pork patties to all the subjects of England. The Boarde elected a few of the most prominent pig farmers to travel to London to plead with the King and his court to aid them in campaign. After much discussion (along with generous gifts of money, spirits and swine), His Majesty declared a national holiday around the Pork Patty - a holiday which has endured to this time - Ground Hog Day |

| June 28: About Me Page Added. Yeah, I know, it's been a while. Heh, and the opening page still says its a NEW page. Think of it as a June fools. But you have to bare with me, since March I have been through back surgery, moving across the state, and about 10 new family branches. But, so life goes. |
