EXACTO POURIn bartending, the more drinks you make, the more tips you earn … that is why to make service faster the technique of free pouring, wherein a bartender doesn’t have to use a jigger but mental counting. To master this professional way of pouring, an accurate way of checking the pour is by using the exacto pour. We were also the first to introduce the concept of a pour test round in student bartending competition. In this round, students are tested by pouring a called measure by the judge accurately without the use of a jigger. His pour will be measured with this equipment. |

Of course, we still advise that in teaching the art of cocktail mixing, we should always start with the basic/traditional way before we proceed with free pouring.
