Thats fairly wet soap in the mold. Actually, its a cardboard box lined with a plastic liner. Works very well, as I can just lift the plastic up and my soap comes out with it. Much easier than fighting with it to get it out! 
I haven't got too many right now. I had a whole digital camera full of pictures of me making the soap step by step. But, clumsy as I am, I dropped my camera on the hardwood living room floor and the batteries popped out. No more pictures. I'll be adding many many more.
