Welcome on the official website of Team Pink Rabbits. We are a Belgian Magic The Gathering team located in Ghent, Belgium. If you have any questions and/or suggestions in regard of this site or our team, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
Hi,
In this column, I’m going to talk about the upcoming
prerelease, team PTQ, Nats and PT Nice.
In about a month, a new set will arrive and together
with that some prerelease tournaments will be organized. I’ve always liked
prereleases but this time it’s a little bit special. Prerelease judgment
should be the major come-back of our team. For the moment, I’m actually
the only active teammember but the other members promised to go for the
crown at some prereleases. So beware, the Pink Rabbits are back in town.
The upcoming PTQ season (team limited) is not
far away and many teams start forming. We also have to form a competitive
team but since the quality in our team isn’t exactly “that” high, we hired
someone else. Johan Verhulst is going to be a Pink Rabbit for at least
one day and he’s going to help Mats and me to get a hard ticket to Boston.
Then, I have to talk a bit about my solo carrier.
It’s not because I’m an “egotripper” or something, but simply because my
other teammates are playing goblin or bartender or because they’re
not qualified.
First trip is the trip to the Belgian Nats. Actually,
everyone in our team is qualified (GO TEAM!). So this should be promising
for some nice teamtesting...... Nope, I’m the only one who’s actually going
(some dedication, huh) so I’ll have to defend the Pink Rabbits’ Honour.
I’m looking forward to the Nats because I start to feel very comfortable
in boosterdraft and because I think I have a very good, surprising, deck
for the standard portion. Although this is the Pink Rabbits site, I have
to thank the Dwarves for the standard testing.
PT Nice is the next event. 4 days after Nats
I’m leaving for Nice in order to defend some Pink Rabbits international
honour. I’m preparing for this event mainly at Magic Online and on #mtgeurope.
I hope, I can find some of my teammembers on
the tourneys in the near future and till then, I salute you,
Fred
