JL

Darigaaz and passes his turn. JL plays swamp and attacks with the drake
and
acolythe. Davy resonds by playing magma burst with kicker. JL had a
prohibit
for it waiting in his hand. By seeing the prohibit Davy scooped and
JL

Jean-Louis Dhondt 1 – Davy Tavernier 0
Game 2
Davy chooses to play first and has to mulligan down to 5 cards.
Davy starts with swamp, JL opens with Island. Davy plays a second swamp
and
JL plays plains, obsidian acolythe (witch he just pealed from his
library).
Davy misses the landdrop but plays nightscape apprentice. JL plays
plains
and passes the turn. Davy plays mountain, slingshot goblin. JL now
misses
the landdrop and passes the turn. Davy attacks with the goblin and
JL
goes
to 18. JL finds a swamp and at the end of his turn, Davy tries to play
a
scorching lava on the acolythe but JL had the prohibit. Davy once again
seemed upset by the prohibit. Davy plays a swamp and attacked with
the
goblin, bringing JL down to 16. JL played a voice of all, choosing

choosing
white and passed the turn. JL plays terminal moraine and casts exotic
curse
on the alloy golem, he then attacked with both of the flyers and then
he
plays a vodalian zombie. Then we proceded to the turn that was decisive
for
the game : Davy plays sinister strenght on the golem, JL plays his
second
prohibit to counter the sinister strenght.( He didn’t have to counter
the
sinister strenght because it made the golem black and JL had the
acolythe.
After the game he explained that he hadn’t tested with Planeshift much
and
he didn’t know that sin. Strenght made the creature black.) Davy then
tried
to zap the acolythe but JL had a major trick. He played a liberate
on
his
acolythe, saving the acolythe and denying Davy the extra card. Davy
passed
the turn and didn’t look very happy. But it got worse : JL played probe
with
kicker and discarded island and swamp, Davy discarded cursed flesh
and
swamp. JL attacked with his 2 flyers and Davy went to 7. At end of
turn,
Davy killed the vodalian zombie with his slingshot. Davy drew but
didn’t
found an answer and passed the turn. JL attacked with both of his
flyers,
bringing Davy to 3. Then he played a second obsidian acolythe. Davy
drew and
scooped.
