Glen Rudy began Tuff Truck racing in 1994, When he entered a pink dotson in the contest at the local Buck Motorsports Park after being clowned on about his pink "ride" as a Joke crew members and fellow drivers called the truck the Pink Puppy, The next entree he showed up in was the same 79 datson with a few minor changes such as, a tongue, ears, tail, eyes, and other features of a dog. This is what started this world wide phenomonon (well atleast in Pennsylvania) Tuff Truck that every motorsports fan knows by name.
Glen Rudy now 39 lives in a home in Lancaster County Pennsylvania, He has 3 daughters. He is now on his 2nd Pink Puppy. Pink Puppy1 is now currently driven by his girlfriend's son Tim Pluck also from Lancaster. Glen also has a cousin Marcus Rudy who also pilots a tuff truck known as Virtual Insanity. Glen has won numerous trophies and awards. Everytime you are watching tuff trucks in Pennsylvania and the crowd starts going wild you can bet your bottom dollar that one of the Pink Puppy Trucks just came onto the track. |
