Time to update the Drama du Jour page. And of course I'm drawing a huge blank. Let's see what I can come up with.
There's the obvious, a recent party to celebrate the leaving of two prominent Flamingos, Cricket and Casey. They're leaving so that Casey can attend grad school someplace far away. Colorado or Oregon or some mystical place like that. Check out the pictures from the party. Much alcohol was drunk.
Summer's almost here. Which means hurricane season is rapidly approaching. Yipee. The approach of summer also means that soon I will be spending much time offshore. Money is good, but being away from Flamingos is bad. Summer also means Sea Camp will be starting up soon. Once again, Adam and Cindy will be working at Sea Camp, which means they'll be living down here for a few months. Good times. Joining them on the Sea Camp staff again are Shannon and Amanda. Maybe we'll see the disappearance of these things which magically appeared last year and have sat untouched for quite a while... |

So while we're on the topic of Amanda and Shannon, they've both acquired new jobs. Shannon is working as an EMT, and Amanda recently got hired at The Aquarium in Kemah, as some sort of educational person thing. Amanda has also been spending much more time among the Flamingos, she's even moved back to the island! Hoo-rah. |

Well, that's pretty much all the drama that's fit to print, lord knows there is always more that isn't. For an update on that drama, contact the nearest Flamingo. As always, all drama is generally heard second or third hand, so take everything with a grain of salt, and don't believe everything you read. |
