No Heart hates people. He does everything in his power to make them miserable. He also hates the Care Bears. He often sets traps to try to catch and kill them.

Shrieky is known for her loud screaming. She is No Heart's niece. She often comes to visit him and help him with getting the Care Bears and other evil doings. All she cares about is getting her own way.

Beastly hates the Care Bears as much as No Heart and that's why he's his side kick. He is often seen plotting with Shrieky when she comes to visit. His favorite saying is "No more mister nice guy."
