| When cairon awoke he realised that he was blind. In front of him lay the 'nothing'. It was pulling him in and he didn't want to resist. "Cairon!" Shouted the mare, but the former was bewildered and intoxicated by colours and spots disappearing before his eyes. The young mare lost no time and jumped in front of Cairon; blocking him from the 'nothing'. "What are you doing?" Asked Cairon. "I was so happy", he exclaimed. "Trust me", said the young mare. Cairon pushed hard against him, but he remained where he was. The young mare glared down at Cairon with his deep blue eyes. Cairon looked up at these great pools of thought and perception and found that he was flying away on clouds of white diamonds and silver raindrops. He WAS flying. COPYRIGHT PINKCLOUD 2001 |
