Wanda is Timmy's Fairy God Mother, Cosmo's wife, and the smart God parent. She likes to have fun like Cosmo, but she knows when to stop and get serious. Wanda often has to correct Timmy's mistakes and get Cosmo and Timmy out of trouble, but she doesn't mind. She'd rather spend a day correcting their mistakes than spend a day at the Fairly World Spa. |

Cosmo is Timmy's Fairy God Father and isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but he sure knows how to have a good time. He's also Wanda's husband. Cosmo likes to make Timmy happy, but he often ends up making a mess of Timmy's wishes. Though, once or twice, he gets a wish right. Just don't ask him to kill a swarm of cockroaches, the end result could be end-of-the-world catastrophic. |

Timmy Turner is a 10-year-old boy with a silly pink hat and a pair of Fairy God Parents. He feels safe with his Fairy God parents and feel that they understand him better than his real parents. Timmy has a group of unpopular friends, including his best friends, Chester and AJ, and he's often bullied by his babysitter, Vicky, and Frances, the school bully. |

Mr. Crocker is Timmy's fairy-crazed teacher who's one mission in life is to prove that Timmy Turner has Fairy God Parents... and to prove that other kids have Fairy God Parents, too. Mr. Crocker isn't very fond of Timmy and, when he's not trying to capture Timmy's Fairy God Parents, he's giving Timmy F's on all his class assignments. Mr. Crocker may not remember it, but Cosmo and Wanda were his Fairy God Parents back in the 1960's. |

Jorgen Von Strangle is in charge of Fairy World and everyone knows it. His main hobbies are bragging about his awsome muscles and tormenting puny fairies. Though you couldn't fool a dirty rag into believing that he is any way helpful to anyone, he will (rarely) help Timmy out in his little times of crisis-- after he shows off his muscles and shouts at Timmy for causing a crisis in the first place. |

Wandisimo Magnifico is Wanda's ex-boyfriend, but he's still wildly in love with her. He's also jealous of Cosmo for marrying Wanda, but he shows no signs of hostility towards Cosmo (Unless you believe turning Cosmo into a turtle is a sign of hostility). Wandisimo tries to win Wanda back over every time he sees her, but Wanda no longer has feelings for him; she's happily married. |

Anti-Cosmo is like Cosmo's twin, only he's Anti and the complete opposite of Cosmo. Anti-Cosmo is a smart British posh and looks sophisticated in a monocle. He also likes tea. As an Anti-Fairy, Anti-Cosmo causes bad luck and back pain instead of laughter and happiness. According to the FOP GBA video game, Anti-Cosmo is a pretty powerful Anti-Fairy, but we haven't really seen enough of him in action to know if he is truely bad and evil, or just being an Anti-Fairy. Since Cosmo is married to Wanda, it's most likely that Anti-Cosmo is married to Anti-Wanda. |

Anti-Wanda is the Anti form of Wanda, which means she's more like Cosmo, only bad. Like Cosmo, Anti-Wanda isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, either, but she knows how to eat a sandwhich with her feet. She also seems to be dependant on Anti-Cosmo to sort out her mistakes. She could also use a visit to the orthodontist. |

Just a nameless Anti-Fairy who I felt like adding to the list of characters. Nothing's known about him, except that he can make black cats appear out of no where on Friday the 13th. |
