Gym Leader Battle #7: Mossdeep City
Psychic and Rock Types, Mind Badge
Liza & Tate
Lunatone: Level 42
Solrock: Level 42
Recomendations:
Dark, Water

Okay, this battle couldn't possibly be any easier unless the twins battled with already fainted Pokemon.  Just so long as you have a strong Water or Dark type, the battle should take about two seconds to win.  I beat them, and my team's average level was about ten lower than their Pokemon, at level 32 to level 35.
Gym Leader Battle #8: Sootopolis City
Water Types, Rain Badge
Wallace
Luvdisc: Level 40
Whiscash: Level 42
Sealeo: Level 40
Seaking: Level 42
Milotic: Level 43
Recomendations:
Electric, Grass

Well, just 'cause you saved the world doesn't mean he's going to go easy on you!  (Heroes never get a break, huh?) Wallace is a tough trainer (what're you expecting?  The last Gym Leader to be easy?).  Unless you have a
very strong Grass or Electric type, Wallace may take a few tries to beat.  His half-Ground Whiscash is immune to Electric attacks, so you may want to bring another strong Pokemon to deal with it.  Perhaps that nice new Kyogre, Sapphire Players . . .
The Elite Four and the Pokemon Champion
Elite Four Battle #1: Dark Types
Sidney
Mightyena: Level 45
Shiftry: Level 48
Cacturne: Level 46
Sharpedo: Level 48
Absol: Level 49
Recomendations:
Fighting, Electric, Ice, Fire

Fighting is the best  way to go here, it's practically the only type Dark is weak against.  If you don't have a fighting type, use Electric versus Sharpedo, and fight Shiftry and Cacturne with Fire.  It only get's harder from here, so use this battle as preparation.
Elite Four Battle #2: Ghost Types
Pheobe
Dusclops: Level 48
Banette: Level 49
Sableye: Level 50
Banette: Level 49
Dusclops: Level 51
Recomendations:
Ghost, Dark

Use Dark types against Pheobe's team of Ghosts.  The Dusclops, who has no weakness, should be fought using a
very strong Pokemon with a high Special rating.  Between Dark and Ghost types, you should be able to send Pheobe's Ghosts back to the grave.
Elite Four Battle #3: Ice Types
Glacia
Glalie: Level 50
Sealeo: Level 50
Sealeo: Level 52
Glalie: Level 52
Walrien: Level 53
Recomendations:
Fighting, Electric

All of Glacia's Pokemon know the move Hail, which could cause problems for you.  The best way to go is to stick with an Electric type and just fry all of Glacia's Pokemon, but a strong fighting type works well too.

Gym Leader Battle #6: Fortree City
Flying Types, Feather Badge
Winona
Swellow: Level 31
Pelipper: Level 30
Skarmory: Level 32
Altaria: Level 33
Recomendations:
Electric, Ice, Rock

Winona has a fairly balanced team, but they all share the Flying type, giving them a nice weakness to electricity.  If you have an Electric type, go for it!  If not, use a good Rock type and an Ice type for the half-Dragon Altaria.
