| Last week, a Pikachu Investigators agent received word that Pikachu would be hosting a complete World Tour to meet his many fans. We at the P-Squad were naturally interested, and sent Investigator-Agent 03 Pink Jigleepuf to Tokyo Japan to confirm these rumours. When the private jet landed at 0-1400 hours, Jigleepuf tracked the supposed Pikachu to a historical pagoda nearby, where she indeed observed and actually communicated with the yellow celebrity. "Actually, he was quite charming," Jigleepuf reports, "And punctual. Never late for a stop, that one. Drilled his team - I guess you could call them 'roadies' - into the ground, he did." Other organizations within the Nintendo wing of the VGCMA (Video Game Character Monitoring Agency) took notice to the shocking reports this agent brought back.
