| The Legend: This ancient Dragon Pokemon is shrouded in mystery due to the fact that it, acording to ancient lore, spent all of it's time soaring high above the Earth's Ozone layer. Because of this, very little other information about it is known, resulting in very few people believing in it's existance. The Pokemon: Rayquaza is the Mewtwo of Hoenn. It's powers make it fearfully strong, knowing moves like Hyper Beam and Outrage when met at the top of Sky Pillar. It can learn nearly all TM's and HM's, making it easy to customize.
