Descphering Delema
Regice, Registeel, and Regirock are three of those Legendary Pokemon who are like the ones of the good ol' days; they sit there and wait for you to challenge them - they don't run away before you have a chance to so much as order an attack.  There's just one tiny little problem; the ancients who sealed these Pokemon away in their tombs also left instructions on how to open them . . . and they're not exactly in English.  They are, however, in a text that does exist today; Braille.  Of course, knowing that does very little unless you know the Braille alphabet - which most people don't and I certainly didn't.  As a result, desciphering the text on the doors comes to be a challenge . . . and understanding the translation isn't exactly easy either.
Here is the full translation of all of the Braille messages on the doors:

In this cave we have lived
We owe all to the Pokemon
But, we sealed the Pokemon away.
We feared it.
Those with courage, those with hope
Open a door, an eternal Pokemon awaits.
First comes Relicanth.
Last comes Wailord.
Stop and
Wait.  Wait
For time to
Pass twice.
With new time,
Hope and love,
Aim for the sky,
In the middle.
Right, right,
Down, down,
Then use Strength

Okay, so . . . what does that mean?  Here's the further translation.
The first few lines of the poem only tell us the story of the people who sealed away Regirock, Registeel and Regice.  They say that they owed everything they had to the Pokemon, but they came to fear their power and locked the Pokemon away.
In this cave we have lived
We owe all to the Pokemon
But, we sealed it away.
We feared it.

Then they present their challenge to future Trainers: those who have courage and don't give up hope easily have to open the doors to the lairs of the Pokemon to find them.
Those with courage, those with hope,
Open a door.  An eternal Pokemon awaits.
Then, on the wall at the back of the cave, the ancients have left instructions as to how the Pokemon's lairs are opened.
First comes Relicanth.
Last comes Wailord.
The whole concept is pretty easy to grasp: just go capture a Relicanth and evolve a Wailord.  Put the Relicanth first in your party and the Wailord last and read the wall again.  The doors to the Pokemon's caves will open.  Next, each cave has it's own inscription.  The first, in Regice's Island Cave.
Stop and
Wait.  Wait
For time to
Pass twice
This is definitly the easiest of all.  In fact, the amount of time it takes to descipher the message equals to the instructions.  Simply stand in front of the wall with the message written on it.  Don't go button-happy with boredom - just be patient.  The wall opens to reveal a door.  The next challenge is Registeel's Ancient Tomb.
With new time,
Hope and love,
Aim to the sky,
In the middle.
When I first read this, it took me a minute to figure out.  It has nothing to do with time, hope or love (at first I considered showing the wall a Luvdisc, but I had nothing for time or hope).  It's the last two lines that matter.  Walk to the centre of the room and use Fly to open the door.  The final challenge is Regirock's Desert Ruins.
Right, right
Down, down
Then, use
Strength
This is easy because it just says straight out what it is you have to do. Anyone who plays video games should get this without my help.  Just take, like it says, two steps right, then two steps down (toward you) and then use the move Strength.  A door will open to Regirock.
