fundamentals of electricity

OK, basically there are three part to electricity. You have VOLTS which is the electrical pressure behine the circiut, then there is CURRENT the flow of electricity in the circiut, and RESISTANCE which is needed in every circiut, which is opposittion to flow electrons. With all this combined you get POWER.

So you have:
Volts (E) - electrical pressure
Current (I) - flow of electricity
Resistance (R) - opposition to flow electrons
Watts - electrical power

It is easy to find all of the numbers, there is a simple pie chart to find volts, current, and resistance. There is also a second pie to find watts, volts, and resistance. Figure 1 displays both charts, if you can remember them right them down and study them. They are both very useful pieces of information to use when working with amps and woofers.
