Rescues
A registered (or so I'm told) AQHA mare, bought at auction with a foal on her side. Picture to the left is the day after I got her, taken on 6/8/08. The picture to the right was taken 11/17/08, 5 months later. We now know that she is once again in foal, haven't found out to what stallion yet......
This horse was abandoned, left in a small paddock with no grass and very little food. Picture to the left was taken 10/28/08, picture to the right was taken 11/17/08. Amazing what a good wormer and generous feed & good hay will do !
Working with the BLM now to find out who this filly is, and track down the one that abandoned her.
