Our studio apartment is self-contained with  a well appointed kitchenette, evaporative air conditioning,  gas heating, TV & VCR, queen sized bed, separate toilet and shower, wheelchair access, Barbecue, salt water pool and spa and full size tennis court. A separate external entrance  is provided off a shared courtyard and there is undercover parking available. The pool is fenced for safety and adjoins the courtyard. We are  close to  Wagga Wagga CBD and Charles Sturt University and literally five minutes drive from Kapooka Army Base, Pomingalana Nature Reserve and Wagga City Golf Course.
