| REGISTRATION: ADMISSION TO THE CENTER IS MADE WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN OR SPECIAL NEEDS. |
| In order to register your child or children, there is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee for each child. Prior to enrollment, if the center decides that the child's needs cannot be met, this fee will be refunded. This payment covers the cost of insurance, the cost of records, and the cost of office work concerning the child. Registration papers and all other forms are to be completed prior to enrollment date. |
| PAYMENT OF FEES: 1. One week's child care cost is due upon enrollment (in addition to the registration fee.) 2. Weekly child care fees are due on the Monday BEFORE services occur. 3. Fees paid on Friday after 6:00pm are considered late and a late fee of $10.00 will be added to your bill. If you become two weeks behind on payments, admission to the center will not be allowed until the account is brought up to date. This could result in termination of our contract. Please refer to the Reasons For Dismissal section on this site. 4. Parents are still accountable for the entire weekly fee, at the same designated time. If the child is absent any part of the week the fees remain the same. If the child is absent for the ENTIRE week, 75% of the total fee will still be required at the designated time. Hoilday time does not change your weekly rate. 5. Late fees are strictly enforced. Parents will be charged $10.00 for every fifteen minutes they are late picking up thier child, beginning at 6:00pm. We are very consistent regarding this policy in the hopes that the children will be picked up on time. Late fees will be charged according to the Daycare Center's clock. 6. Checks need to be made payable to Pinedale Christian Daycare. Please include the child's name on the check. Payments need to be given to the directors personally or placed in the Payments box. At no time is the payment to be handed to another staff member. There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. Only money order payments will be accepted to recover any insufficient funds check. If more than 3 checks are returned due to inadequate funds, money orders will be the only form of payment accepted. |
