| In January, we asked Pine Lakes residents to submit stories about how they met "the love of their life." Hollie Peterson responded with a fine story of how she met Gordy, and how they got married, in spite of great odds. Their marriage lasted forty-nine years, until Gordy passed away in 1990. | < < < Thea Park, our healthy-living advocate in Pine Lakes, and many of her friends from CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project) put on a fine dinner in the Clubhouse on January 7. The food selections were colorful, delicious and very nutritious. The thirty residents attending really enjoyed the evening, rounded out by a presentation on the CHIP Program.
