Little Lizard is Penny's best friend in the whole world! He lives in Penny's back yard under a rock near the old tire swing.
Few know that Little Lizard once performed in a circus sideshow tent where he guessed the weights and birth dates of the PineCone People! Although Little Lizard wasn't the greatest at guessing, the circus was well worth his time because while working there Little Lizard met a fortuneteller named Lucky Stars! One day Lucky gave the Lizard a magic ticket and told the Lizard that it would come in handy one day...
When the Little Lizard met Penny, he knew that it was time to use the ticket! By so doing, he was able to help Penny by making her shrink down to the size of a quarter so that she could fit through the hole in the backyard fence! Without that ticket, Penny would never have been able to leave her yard in order to search for her lost ball.
As long as he holds that ticket, Little Lizard can make Penny small, or bring her back to her normal size at any time!
