FATHERS, MOTHERS AND CHILDREN

God made man, and put in him His trust,
Gave him his needs, in this world was thrust;
But, Satan was there to plant sins seed,
Something that man, surely did not need.

Then Adam and Eve, pure, without sin,
Fell before Satan, and let him in;
Were thrust from Eden, the perfect garden,
To work for life, their lives to harden.

Soon they became father and mother,
To multiply , Eve had to suffer;
The first two children, they had were sons,
Then, born in sin, two became one.

The parents burden, so much to bear,
Their hearts were broken, beyond compare;
What was their joy, had turned to sorrow,
And, ever after, was their tomorrow.

A parents hope is in their children,
Whateer they do, yes, where and when;
Yes, someday you maybe a parent;
So follow Christ, do not be errant.
