This
is 17 year-old Nicole "Lu`u" Keaunui, the new TC Girl of
2001! A senior
at Kamehameha Schools on the island of Oahu, Nicole is active in water sports
including canoe paddling, kayaking, as well as surfing. This is due in large part
to her parents' influence, Reyna and Reggie, who both have been paddling for
23
years. Nicole's specialty is in doing long-distance and, in the summer,
sprinting.
Because of her athletic ability in the water and her high standards for academic
excellence [3.5 GPA], Nicole was the ideal candidate to represent T&C Surf in
the young women's market. As TC Girl, Nicole has the privilege of receiving free
TC Girl clothes for her entire term of one year. In essence, she serves as T&C's
ambassador to other high school students proving that intelligence and athleticism
can come with great looks, too. And T&C is there to help her.
