We invite you to come to our events:

September 12:  We will kick off our year with a report from our convention delegate, and celebrate Alpha Xi Delta..  Time:  Please arrive by 11:15 to get seated and order by 11:30.  Location:  Olive Garden at Largo Mall.


November 7:  Please join us for lunch, and bring barely used costume jewelry to donate to the children at Grace House and The Haven so they can re-gift the jewelry as Christmas gifts to their mothers.  Time:  11:30.  Location:  Belleair Grill, formerly The Peppermill.


December 5:  We will have a holiday celebration.  Wear holiday attire, and bring an unwrapped toy for our Toys For Tots project and a $15 wrapped gift card or gift if you want to participate in our Chinese Auction.  Time:  11:30.  Location:  Sam Seltzer's Restaurant, at the intersection of U.S. 19 and Belleair Road in Clearwater.


February 6Join the fun as we update our Alpha Xi Delta alumna chapter/association's scrapbooks.  We'll meet at the Largo Library at 10:00 a.m., and go to lunch after we are finished.


March 26 and 27: State Day/Florida Celebration of Alpha Xi Delta.  We'll be traveling to Oveido (near Orlando) for this Florida Celebration of Alpha Xi Delta.  Starts with dinner on Friday night, includes Friday night lodging, Saturday breakfast and Saturday lunch.


April 24:
All sisters are encouraged to bring their spouse/significant other/boyfriend/guest to our annual family meal.  This year, we will be having a Family Potluck Picnic.  Location:  Safford Pavilion at Heritage Village.

Please write a check for dues ($35.00), and mail it to our treasurer.  If you are a new member and you don't have the address for our treasurer, contact our Membership Vice President Jan Barris (her e-mail address is on this webpage) for more information about joining our chapter.  And welcome!

Sept. 21 (Mon):  St. Pete Panhell's Meet and Greet at the Vinoy, 5:30 p.m.

October 17:  Clearwater Panhell's Literary Muse Luncheon with Keynote Speaker Dr. Betty Tutton talking about books to read and/or to give as holiday gifts!

Nov. 14:  St. Pete Panhell fundraiser Fashion Show at the Holiday Inn Harbourside, 11:30 a.m.

Dec. 9 (Wed.):  St. Pete Panhell's Holiday Dinner and Ornament Exchange at the Pier, 6:30 p.m.

Feb. 20:  Tri-City Panhellenic Luncheon with Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa.  This year, Tampa is hosting.  Arrive by 11:00, lunch served at 11:30.

Mar. 11:  Clearwater Panhell's annual Fundraiser:  a benefit performance of the musical "Gypsy" presented by the Eight o'Clock Theatre Company at the Largo Cultural Center.  To buy tickets, call the Box Office at 587-6793.

May 8:  Clearwater Panhell Annual Meeting which includes the awarding of scholarships to college sorority women, the presentation of the Achievement Award, and installation of the new officers.  The program starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Dunedin Country Club.  Please arrive by 9:45 a.m.

May 15:  St. Pete Panhell Scholarship Luncheon, details to be announced later.
