(All of a sudden, four people burst into the station.)
Nick: Where are AJ McLean and Lance Bass? We need to talk to them.
Officer: Right this way.
(The officer leads them to the guys' cell.)
Lance: Nick! Drew! Oh, my God, you're still alive! (He's smiling)
Nick: Yeah, but Justin and Jeff aren't.
AJ: You mean...
Christina: Yeah.
Jessica: We know you didn't do it. Now we have proof.
AJ: Thank you for believing. (He takes Jessica's hand and kisses it.)
Drew: Okay, do you know who the killers are?
Lance: Yes. But no one will believe us.
Christina: We will.
Lance: Do you guys remember when we were all kids, and we loved the...
Jessica: New Kids on the Block?
AJ: Yeah! That's it!
Christina: Are you saying that they killed everyone?
Lance: Not all of them. The two that went solo.
Nick: (gasps) You mean, Jordan Knight and Joey McIntyre?
(AJ nods grimly)
Jessica: But why?
Lance: I don't know.
Drew: Okay. Don't worry, we'll catch them and free you. Okay?

AJ: Thanks, guys. We owe you one.
Nick: You don't owe us anything. We owe you.
(They leave)
Nick: We have to go look for them. I think it would be better if we split up.
Drew: Okay. Jess, you go with Nick, and Christina can come with me.
Everyone has their cell phones? (They all nod)
Nick: Okay then. Let's go. (Nick and Jessica leave)
Drew: (looks at Christina) Don't worry, it's going to be okay.
Christina: Drew, I'm so scared.
Drew: Shh. Don't you worry. (He cradles her head in his hands, and he kisses her. Christina is surprised, but happy. She kisses him back. It gets deeper and deeper until she breaks it off.) Christina...?
Christina: Listen. (There is dead quiet, and then the rustling of a bush.)
Hear that?
Drew: Yup. Maybe it's just the wind or something.
Christina: No. It's more than that.
Scary Voice: You're damn right, it's more than that.
(They turn around to come face to face with Jordan and Joey. The gun is pointing right at Christina.)
Christina: No. Please, don't. (She starts to cry again)
Jordan: Oh, shut up. You're so whiny.
Drew: You bastards! What the f*** do you think you're doing?
Joey: Getting what we deserve. (He pulls the trigger. At the last minute, Drew jumps in front of Christina and he gets the shot. He collapses fatally.)
Christina: Oh, my God, no. NO! Please, God.... (She looks at him)
No!!!! (She starts sobbing. Her grief turns to hatred. Christina gets up and looks at the killers. They're smiling gleefully.) Get those f***ing smirks off your faces this instant, you bastards! (She runs straight at them and before they know it, she has the gun.) Don't make me use this. (She has them at gunpoint) NICK! JESS! GET OVER HERE!
(Nick and Jessica hear someone screaming their names.)
Jessica: That sounded like Christina.
Nick: Let's go.
(They run and find Christina and Drew.)
Nick: No... no... my brother's dead.... Oh, my God....
Jessica: Christina, are you okay?
Christina: Yeah. But help me here, Jess. I don't want to kill them... but they leave me no choice.
Jessica: Well, go ahead and shoot them already!
Christina: (hesitating) I can't.
Nick: Well, let me do it, then. (He takes the gun, but when they look up from the commotion, they're gone.) Damn. Okay, we've got to do something. But what?
Christina: They've gotten away, but we'll get them, next time. (She turns and walks to Drew's lifeless body.) Oh, Drew, do you know that I love you? I didn't expect it, but you were so... incredible... and to think that we had just discovered it... No matter what, I'll always remember you, because you saved my life. Thank you. (She kisses his lips, and a tear falls from her eye.) Goodbye, Drew.
(She turns and bumps into Nick.)
Nick: He's gone. I can't believe it.
Christina: I can't, either. God, why did this have to happen? They should have shot me. Actually, they were going to shoot me, but he jumped in front of me right before the bullet hit me. It's my fault he's dead.
Nick: Don't say that, Christina. He really cared about you.
(Christina nods, and starts to sob. Jessica comforts her. A few minutes later, AJ and Lance come out.)
AJ: Thank you.
Nick: No problem, man. Now all we have to do is catch those bastards...
Part 6 Nick: Okay, guys, we're presenting an award that Jordan and Joey win. (grimaces) Even though I don't like it, I have a great plan.
Jessica: Nicholas, what are you thinking?
Nick: (smiles) Okay, guys, here's the plan. Lance, since you have knives here, take two.
Lance: Okay, but why?
Nick: You'll see. Okay. Give one to AJ.
(Lance hands one of the knives to AJ.)
Lance: So what are we using them for?
Nick: When they're accepting, one of you stabs Jordan in the back.
Christina: But...
Jessica: Nick... you are so evil.
Nick: Well, they deserve it.
Christina: AJ, give me the knife.
AJ: Why?
Christina: I want the pleasure of killing them. For Drew. (She gets a sad look)
Nick: Oh, Christina, I know you still miss him. I do, too.
Christina: Yeah. But at least this will help me get on with it.
AJ: Are you sure, Christina?
Christina: Yeah.
(They go out for their performance of their platinum hit, "One Sweet Day.")
Christina: Sorry I never told you Jessica: Never had I imagined Chorus: Nick: Darling I never showed you Chorus AJ and Lance: Although the sun will shine the same Chorus (x2) Christina and Jessica: Sorry I never told you....
(After a few minutes, they come back out to present. Right after they present, it goes to commercial. Nick nods at Lance and Christina to start.) Christina: (sweetly) Jordan, I have something for you.
Jordan: Oh, really? What is it?
Christina: This. (She stabs him in the side.) That was for Britney. (She stabs him again.) That was for 98�. (She stabs him one more time, with all her might.) And that? That was for Drew. (Jordan falls to the ground, dead. The audience is silent.)
Joey: Jordan! Oh, my God! (turns to Christina) You little bitch! (He runs at her, but she holds up the knife.)
Christina: Remember, now, I have the knife.
Lance: And so do I. (Joey turns around, and Lance is standing there.) And I know how to use it, too.
Joey: Please, don't. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry.
Lance: Are you? Well, I don't buy it. Bye bye, Joey. (Lance stabs him.)
That was for 'N Sync. (stabs him again) And that was for BSB. (Joey collapses right next to Jordan's bloody body.)
Nick: Please excuse us, but we had to do it. For our sake, and yours. You see, they were the killers. They killed all our beloved friends. Let's just say we returned the favor.
(The audience starts to applaud.)
Jessica: Well, that was a surprise.
Nick: And I have another one for you, Jess. (He gets down on one knee and presents a ring.) Jessica Simpson, will you marry me?
Jessica: Nick? Oh, my God, are you serious?
Nick: Of course I am. I love you more than anything, and this experience has taught me I could lose you anytime, anywhere. I'm not letting you go.
Jessica: Of course, Nick! That means more to me than anything in the world. (Nick hugs her, and they kiss)
Christina: Jess! I'm so happy for you! (After Nick lets her go, Christina hugs her)
Jessica: Thank you. I guess we all had happy endings, didn't we?
AJ: Not all of us, Jess. (He motions to Jordan and Joey.)
Lance: Well, this is for sure: It's over. For good.
(They look down at the dead bodies one last time before they walk off.)
