SPRING BREAK spring break in about a month. yay!! me and my cousin melissa (lol) made plans. haha, i'm gonna go to hayward and sleep over at her house. every night, we are gonna go clubbing together. lol. and yeah, we have some other plans, but they are TOP SECRET. but you guys will eventually find out after it happens. lol. GRAMMYS Alicia Keys. gotta give that girl props. she hella deserves those grammys. She got the grammy for best new artist, the same category that LINKIN PARK was in. i'm kew with that. she IS the best new artist. but LINKIN PARK did bring home a grammy: best hard rock performance. joe and mike were looking mighty fine.
recently, i wanted to "get healthier", so some of my restrictions were, "no junk food, no fast food, no soda". err..i just broke that today. i went to mcdonalds afterschool and got wienerschnitzel for dinner. talk about no will power . =X
hehe, when i was driving home, the song "lights camera action" came on the radio. i looked at my mom, and she was bumping her head (a little) to the beat. aww..my mom can be so cute at times..lol

X that ok. i'm feeling a bit better now. i went to starbucks and got my caramel frap, thinking it would cheer me up. and it did. =) getting out of the house for a while was nice. i come home, feeling better, and the movie SPEED is on tv. still lonely though, but HEY, i'm feelin better. that's all that matters

WHAT A DAY hmm. lots of people are mad about michelle kwan's loss. errr. it would have been dope if she won. i didn't go to sleep til 6:30am. errr, it's gonna be one of the last days i can stay up late...cause school's coming up soon. mama NooOo. err!! i remember the days when i wanted to go to school, so i can see certain GUYS..LOL...but now..poop..there's no one now..and it's like, BLAH!! i've noticed school is much fun when you have your eye on someone. =)
but yea, my night/early morning was FUN. muHAHA...who knew that 5 MINS could just make your day. hahaHAHA.. oh yeah. my friend called and WOKE ME UP at 9am. he just wanted to check up on me. AWWWW. although i was half asleep, awww, i still felt the love..HHAHAha

FRIENDS darn. i missed FRIENDS today. damnitttt. i don't know what's happening. errr. i slept for 14 hours last night. darn. i didn't even say BYE BYE to my mommie. =[ . hah, i remember when i was little, i used to cry when my mommie went to work. haha..my excuse was that my throat hella hurted. hah, i kept on crying about it that they actually took me to the doctor. YESTERDAY i didn't get to blog about yesterday cause i was too POOPED out and fell asleep like, at 9. LOL. but yeah, i went to my friend, grant's house for a meeting about an event called BATTLE OF THE TRIBES. its an event where filipino clubs from different schools compete to win. but yeah, we basically didn't do much. we just talked about deadlines to get stuff done. sessioned, chilled. HA!! but yeah, me, abegail, ej, and jennelle just chilled in a parking lot, cause my driving was like, ErrR. oh yeah, we took pics, cause i had my camera on me. i'll post em when i get it developed. we went off to IN and OUT and got some food, cause we had the munchies. i ate meat! i totally forgot! grr. (i'm catholic. no meat on fridays during lent) but yeah, i droped them all off. then i got home, watched part of AMERICAN PIE, since it was on tv, and fell alseep. i always fall asleep watching tv, since my tv is in my room. but, Ohh, how i love my bed =)

VALENTINES DAY happy Vday. ehh, i'm not so ENTHUSIASTIC about today..well, for obviouse reasons. hah. errrr, seeing all these people at school with all that stuff. MAMA NO!!!! grr...i got a bug bite on my EYE!!! aHH...lucky, it happened when i was home, and i put ice on it RIGHT away. the swelling went down, and you can't really tell. and oh yeah! MY INCUBUS CD CRACKED!!!!! noO!!!! i was moving my funiture in my room, my bed frame fell on my INCUBUS cd, which was on the floor! yeah, why was my incubus CD on the floor? usually it's in my stereo, but i just had t play my 2STEP cd and i guess the incubus cd fell on the floor. MAN!!!! this SUCKS!!!!! i love my CD!!!!! it's soooo goood! but yeah, i told justine and she told me she was gonna burn her cd and give me a copy! yay! but still...errr!! oh yeah, and the same thing happened to her about a month ago. her incubus CD broke and she went crazy. luckly, her sister bought her a new one. so in a way, it's like the same thing..my "sis" is getting me the incubusCD. haha..

YAY!!!!!! my PHONE and INTERNET work now!!!!! yay!!!!! oh man...not being able to use my phone SUCKED. i had to use my crappy cell phone, which has like BARELY any signal in my house. grrr...but yeah, i had a WONDERFUL weekendddd. ahHH time to blog about it!
FRIDAY:
this was the day of the dance. i was talking to frederick online and he said he was gonna come around 7:40ish. then, when i went to use the phone around 7:30, it was DEAD!!!!! ahHHh!!! no dial tone, no nothing. well, i got ready and stuff. then, i checked later, and it still didn't work. i told my dad and he said,
DAD: "NO! you can't go anymore! you did this huh? so i can't call you on your cell".
KAREN: "NO!! i didn't do it!! i swear!!!!! DADDD!!!!! you have to let me go!! ARGHHHH!!!
well, i tried calling frederick's house, and no one picked up. i looked outside, and i see him. he couldn't get in cause the gate was locked! he was waiting for like 20 mins =\. welllll, yeah, off we went to the danceeeee!
we got there, and i saw GERVIN!!! ya see, buddy gervin doesn't go to my school anymore, so it was a delight to see him. wellllllll, we got inside, then we started dancingggg. ahhh, it was nice =) when a slow dance came along, i couldn't reach his NECK! hehe, he was too tall, and i'm short, so i just put my hands around his waist. yahh, he's pretty tall. thennn like, the dance got kinda BLAH so we left. we just chilled in his car and stuff. HAHAHH. well, yeah, he droped me home. i had blast with frederick, even though the dance was BLAH.
well, i went to sleep at 12:30 cause the next day, saturday, i was gonna go to UC BERKELY
SATURDAY: To SUM SATURDAY UP IN A NUTSHELL, i went to berkely like at 6:00am with FYC (FILIPINO YOUTH COALITION) and we went to a filipino convention..and it was kinda boring...but i had fun cause i was with my buddddddiessss and we went on TELEGRAPH..and it was funnnNN, it's just a shame that i'm NOT!18 and i can't buy some stuff. LOL.just kiddddding =) but yeah, i got home around 9. we stoped by jollibee. i went to sleep right when i got home.
YEAH, that was my weekened. there are more details that i'd like to put, but i didn't wanna BORE you with all my YADDA YADDA. but yeah, TIME TO CATCH UP ON THE DAILY BLOGS I READ..BYEEE!!!!!

FUNN AGAIN!!!!!!! yay. today was super...sUPER!!! i got home around 4 and i got a call. it was FREDERICK. he asked me if i wanted to go out with him, so he picked me up. we went to the MOFFIT FIELD base and went to the stores there. they got some kool stuff. we saw a sweater and it said $2.35..we were like, WOAH...so we were looking for stuff in his size. well, he got one, but when he looked at the tag, it said $23.50. sooo, he took the one that said 2 something. we got to the register, and the thing wouldn't scan. well, i thought she was just gonna type in the price, but then she did the code, and it said 23 something, so we just left it. OH YEAH, we got to the parking lot, and he didn't let me into his car!!!!! he started backing up and was LEAVING!!!! ahhh, i was going after him, but he still kept going!!!! blah, finallllly, after HELLLLA days, he let me in. =\
AFTER, we stoped by jamba juice. got the regular STRAWBERRIES WILD with ENERGY BOOST, cause ya know, needed some energy for later on. HAHAH..just kidding. hmm, after we went to little caesars and got a pizza. we brang it to the car, and just talked and ate there. hmm, just talked in the car for some more, killing time, talking, chilling, laughing. hahhah..
FINALLY, i got home around like 8:30. i feel happy cause i got to spend it with a dope guy. had FUN, FUN, FUN and yeah, i come home to NO HOMEWORK. wooweee. but yeah, iknow frederick is gonna read this, so i'm just gonna write him a little message.
hey frederick. i had fun today. i was like, hella surprised when you asked me to go chill. but yeah, i had fun during my FIRST time on an army base. the laughs and jokes..hahhaa...i had fun in your car. hehe..just wanna say THANKS for the FUN DAY. you're dope. love ya dear.
