MSN find its first Chinese partner in China “ 3721”, “ 3721 “ is a Chinese real net name company. They already sign a contract, but both of them don’t want to say more about the contract. 2.   Chinese Internet users get 54.35 million by the end of Sep.

Frist China Internet meeting start in Shanghai, and ministry of information industry said, by the end of September, there are 54.35 million Internet users in China, and there are 940 ISPs, there are over 80,000 www website, and shanghai already has 4 million Internet users.
