This week I mainly did two tasks. On is daily new information searching, and mainly I did more on translation and develop in our IQ test.

1. SK Telecom In Pact With Credit Companies For Mobile Financial Services

 

SEOUL -(Dow Jones)- South Korea's SK Telecom Co. said Tuesday it has signed an alliance with Korea Exchange Bank Credit Service Co. , Woori Credit Card and SK Corp. to offer financial settlement services via mobile phones.

5.      SINA Signs Strategic Alliance with NIKE for Online Marketing Initiative

IQ TEST

1.      I used a long time translated the personalized report page. Since it is difficult to understand, and it is also so hard for Suzanne to translate, so I did it, but most the English sentence is really hard to understand, but at last, I finished it.

  1. Check all the online IQ test pages. Since many parts already online, so I get a ticket from Suzanne and check every words of all pages on line, and I find some problems like wrong translation, or some pages we did correct one already, but online pages used the old one, and I make all the wrong pages to right already, and some I changed in HTML already, and some I just make the comments to Suzanne, and she will do that in Photoshop.
  2. Check all the offline pages of IQ test. Since for save time, and reduce re-work, so I also check all the offline pages, and I make all comments to Suzanne to check, and this will let us has the correct offline pages, and when we make it one line, that will be direct ok.
  3. I gave a suggestion to Suzanne: when translate, you translate every word first in the sentence, and then you will get a meaning of this sentence, then you can translate the whole sentence, here, you need not translate every words, just gave a correct meaning of the sentence is ok, and when you translated one paragraph, you can check all the sentences again to see if all sentence is the correct meaning in this paragraph.

OTHER:

  1. Study of the FX site about QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS, so now I know what is that, and when and why we need it, and also know our organizational structure well.
  2. I find the problem and report it already about the simplized and traditional version. Since Chinese mandarin people use simplized Chinese, so we will make a simplized version as fast as we can, and I already tried it in my friend computer, and hers Chinese Office 2000 can make the exchange between simlized and traditional. 
  3. I also email to my friend about the try to use the VAS of SOHU or NETEASE, and he give me his reply and told how much the SIM of China mobile and how much the first month, and then I talked with Rose, and I emailed him again ask him to open the account.
  4. Attend the weekly meeting, and share Chinese market news and also share some my ideas with our officers.
