About iq188 plan. This week iq188 wrote me two emails and also we got a
chat online. Here is their plan:

buy the Internet cafe.

the partner Internet cafe, they will have a account in iq188, and they need
prepaid first for their account. and when a user need buy our test, he can just
pay the Internet cafe owner, and the owner will get the ticket number through
their account. If need the report, the user will pay the owner again, and if
the user need print the report, he can direct print in the Internet cafe.
What
we will do is just build a administration platform, and every point Internet
cafe can get information from the platform and also pay there.
We
have been have some cooperation with game companies, and we know the
distribution of the Internet cafe information, so we have advantage to build
this sale net, and if this plan is ok, we will be the one to build and
responsible to the platform and the sales net.
This
is just a better way we think we can make the payment solution and same time we
promote our product.
And for now, since we haven¡¯t build up the payment system, so If we
can make some ads on our website for your product?

I found SOHU and Sina they started offer the samilar service as
"adwords"in google and also in Baidu. For Sina it is cheaper than
Baidu, it is ast least 0.1 Yuan per click(0.012 US dollars), but if you want
your ads is the NO 1 in the result, you have to keey you paying the highest
price. for SOHU it is same price as Baidu.

I will try to open a account next week to try.
