believe this year is Jave high speed development year in China, Java will
follow the SMS to become hot in the soon future.

Mobile, they have 64.4 million data services users ,and for now No data show
how many mobile phone users hold Jave phones, but since now the services just
launched, and most the JAVA phones are expensive and also just new in the
market, I think not many people use JAVA phones.
G. And for China Mobile, since they have two brands
as "Gotone" and "Sheng Zhou Xing", Gotone is a brand the
user can roam to abroad, and Sheng Zhou Xing just roaming inside nation, and
for JAVA Technology, only available for Gotone users, China Mobile said.
H. For next step, I will monitor the JAVA market in
China also.
2. Attended the
Chinese team meeting with Suzanne; we together discussed where we are now and
what is the plan for next, now I feel very clear for the future.
A. We will prepare 4
products together for Chinese market.
B. We will monitor the Java market include the content providers and the
prices.
C. We will be ready for everything around August to September, and then Go to
sign with partners.
D. From now to end of May, finish the EQ test, and June finish the Job test,
and July for next product.
E. Same time we still keep working on the payment solution
3. Prepare and
attended weekly market meeting, we discussed the market news and sales
information, for Chinese market, next steps are:
A. Change the
price for the Traditional report in this week. And I send Suzanne already the
translation.
B. Since some
users they did not input there true email address, so we will change it to need
we conform it.
C. Send emails to those
users attended test for free, to motivate them and get more useful information.
4. Finished week 16 SALES report.
5. Send support report to FX.
IV PRODUCT
This week I received the EQ test from Sir Philip, and it is 52 pages complete, So we plan to finish it in May, and from next week to the end of May, it is 5 weeks, It means 25 days, so Every work day at least I need translate 2 pages.
V CRM
1. Quality control: I found a mistake in page 3, and I inform Suzanne already.
2. Emails from customers.
This week I received 5 Eamils,
two complain how to pay if no credit card, one is ask for traffic deal
co-operate, and one is ask for content co-operate.( so now I think we giving a
free text is a good way to know more information and find partners)
A. A guy is a web manager
but not the onwer, He send me the email said: your IQ test is really nice, It
is the first time he saw this serious test in Chinese market, because now no
many this tests available, He believe we will have nice future of our product.
Then He told me, they build a website 10 months ago (it is a website, but not a
company), and for now, they already have 200,000 visitors and 11,000 register
users. He asked me if we can do some co-operate, He help us to sale our product
by their website, and then we share a profit to them follow the sales from
their website.
I checked their website, It
is website provider IQ services and related services. But since it is not a
company, so no location and more information of the website.
I wrote the guy a letter,
told him we are doing well in other markets, and we can have further talk,
maybe we can co-operate in the future, and traffic deal is good way for both of
us, and I also asked him if he has any idea of the payment solution, because if
we can solve this problem, our product will become more profitable.

B. A guy graduated from
psychology course before and now worked in a school and his work related
psychology test. He wanna some content co-operate.
He gave some suggestions:
(1), we can follow up mensa standard, but better we can make more interesting
content, because the content related the forecasting and method. (2). Make
clear target, he said there are two mianly kinds of people take IQ test, one is
for student, and another for job interview. And especially for student, because
they really need and ever year there are many new student, and he also
mentioned we need add children IQ test, because it is also a big market. (3).
We can update our content on time. (4). Good date base management.
C. Two users complain they haven't credit cards, but they really want to know the report, they asked me if they have other ways to buy. I replied them already.
