II SALES

1.      Sales data: Until now (still have one day this month will end), we total sold reports 263, the total revenue is around USD 650.

  1. For this month we experienced stopping google, changing versions that need users register and change price. After we changing the versions that need users register, we have less visitors and users, I think first reason is some users thinks that more complex, and another reason is at first there are some ticket problems. And when we change the price to USD6.99, the result until now is not good. We will make a decision next week.
  2. For my daily task I monitor the sales information every day and make sales report every week.

III PRODUCT

1.      EQ test: this month I total translated 18 pages EQ test.

  1. This week I translated the content of we will change on the new page of register.
  2. Changed 6 questions errors in HTML of both Traditional and Simplified version.
  3. Changed 4 explain pages errors in HTML of both Traditional and Simplified version.
  4. Corrected the simplified email page of confirmation to our users.
  5. Installed the Chinese system to a new computer.
  6. Make and type 12 HTML pages of traditional version.
  7. Corrected and made three HTML pages for simplified version of our products.
  8. Discussed the new version that need user register, and we changed two character and some other errors.
  9. Discussed the problems about the IQ TEST.

IV STUDIES

  1. Study of Bank cards in China

Now there are over 400 Million bank card in China, but credit card just about 20 Million, and among them, the international credit card (Visa or Master) just 1 Million. This is the main reason that limited our payment solution in China.

So this make me think if we can find a payment solution not only limited in International credit card, but better also for Chinese national credit card or even all bank card. So I did this research.

First I checked The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). ICBC is the largest state owned commercial bank. Now their website did really nice and many new service there. Good news I find an easy way to pay by ICBC bank card.

 

They have a new service name personal Internet banking. I explain this here. If I am an ICBC bank card user (any ICBC bank card, credit or saving card), I can easily go to ICBC website register my bankcard. Then I will transfer my money from my account to any other ICBC account very easily just in seconds (in ICBC work time, If they already off work, the money will transfer on the next day morning, this also can transfer to other bank account just need more time).

This makes me think it may possible that we open an ICBC account or our partner opens an account only for our product. And even a user doesn’t have International credit card, but just if he has an ICBC saving card, he still can easily to finish the payment.

Second I checked China Construction Bank (CCB), and they also have the similar service as ICBC, just some complex than ICBC, example, if I am a CCB users, If I have account in CCB, I first register in their website, then I need go to their bank to confirmation, then I can transfer the money from my account to other account.

Third I checked Bank of China (BC), they don’t have this service, but they just have Internet payment by International credit card.

Forth I checked Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), but I can’t access to their website.

These are top Four Chinese commercial banks, so follow this, it can be a possible way of the payment solution that we have a account for each bank or our partner have account for each bank.

V CRM

1.      This month I total replied around 30 Simplified emails and 30 traditional emails.

2.      Made weekly support report to F. X.

3.      Daily quality control: Have been found the ticket problem, ticket form error problem, questions errors. Now already solved.

4.      Keep in touch with iq188.

5.      Reported to you the search engine Ads service of SINA and SOHU.

6.      Have the support meeting with F.X and Suzanne.

VI Affiliation

1.      Have the training and meeting with Rose and jana to familiar with affiliate of UK tests.

VII OTHER TASKS

1.      Attend weekly sales and marketing meeting.

For next month

1.      Since this month I still had many tasks like making HTML pages, banner report and sales report, so no many time on translation of EQ test, try to finish EQ test as soon as I can.

  1. Strategy on how to increase our Chinese IQ test to get USD 1000 per month.
  2. Still work on the payment solution.
  3. Work with the English speaking team in affiliation.
