| II. Website will be the same version as
ANXA's Local Network .(home page will be adapted to
Gamania style and Runway will be same template as anxa).The console for the following
Technical and Marketing tools will be exclusively accessed by
the Partner. |
1. Dedicated Statistics
console:
A dedicated
statistics console will be accessible to the partners to make
it easier for them to monitor the sales on a real time
basis.

2. Guest
Book:
The guestbook is a
tool we use to interact with our users. The partners will be
given a special URL where they can have access to the email
addresses of those who signed the guestbook for them to be
able to contact these users. This URL will serve as a proof
that the comments are real and that we did not make them
up.

3. Technical
Support:
Technical
support will be handled by Anxa's international call center on
a 24/7 basis. The partners will also be trained on the FAQ for
them to know how to answer the most common
questions.

4. Xiti:
Xiti is a marketing tool we use to monitor the audience. Anxa
pays a monthly fee to Xiti to be able to use the tools but the
partners will be provided with an access for
free.

Logo: We need to get partners' logo to personalize the header

to provide us with their color codes as well as some special
fonts they use (if there are any). |
