I. Legal Matters
1. Contract with Gamania	signed	Contract signed on October 20, 2004 Anxa Membership ID: 762362 Anxa to provide contents such as IQ, EQ, Jobtest and other tests. Products to be sold in Hong Kong and Macao only Gamania to provide a banner link in their site for Anxa Products, and to provide payment solution.
II. Accounting and Reporting
1. Payment solutions	OK	We will use Gamania Payment Solution: GASH
2. Reporting	OK	Since Anxa will use Gamania payment solution, Anxa will provide Gamania sales report on a weekly and monthly basis, payments of commissions will be every 20th of the next month
3. Commissions	OK	Payments will be 50%-Gamania/50% - Anxa after deduction of 30% GASH payment solution expenses. For the portion of sales reaching 150,000 HKD to 300,000 HKD: 60% - Gamania and 40% - Anxa For the portion of sales above 300,000 HKD: 70% - Gamania and 30% - Anxa.
4. Pricing	OK	Test only: 180 Gash Report Only: 480 Gash Package: 560 Gash (1HKD=10GASH)
