| I first saw the trailer for this movie during the christman hit, How The Goddamn Grinch Stole Christmas, i saw it and i thought it was gonna be a hit. Of course me being so good at everything i do i was right. Shrek is a classic farry tale with a sort of modern twist to it. The SE are great and the characters are great. And i loved seeing all the other ferry tale cameos throughout the movie. And even the donkey Eddie Murphy was pretty funny. See this movie, it's the best family movie i've seen in a while. Plot: Mike Myers (Shrek) is a lonely Oger who wants nothing but to be left alone. When he unexpectenly aids Eddie Murphy (Donkey) then Eddie manages to talk Mike into staying with him. While staying with him one night all of the fairy tale characters decide to camp in his property because John Lithgow (Price Farquaad) evicted them out of their houses. Shrek is angry so he goes to see the prince to get all of the characters out of his property. The prince says if he gets a princess out of a tower guarded by a red dragon he can get his property back. Shrek got Cameron Diaz (Princess Fiona) out of the tower but in doing so they both fell in love with each other. Jeez will you believe me if i said there was more to this plot??
