Unofficial Depeche Mode convention in Poznań

On the 11 of May 2002 in club 7 PORTÓW took place an unofficial Depeche Mode convention of Polish fans. The event was organized by Poznań's local Depeche Mode fan club USELESS and to play live were invited MEOLTRON from Germany and LAST FRONTIER from Poland. The party begun at 18:00 from Depeche Mode music played by DJs and videos presented on a screen. USELESS fan club prepared also a stand with CDs, T-shirts, memorabilia and current issue of their fanzine ZOMBIE ROOM. A croud of enthusiastic fans Dave, Martin and Fletch look-a-like flooded the dancefloor decorated with polish fan clubs' banners. At 22:00 LAST FRONTIER started a gig playing both covers of some Depeche Mode songs and their own compositions, musically very close to DM's style. At midnight German MELOTRON continued entertaining the enthusiastic crowd. Bellow you can see some pictures I took during this venue.
