Description: Lock and Load USED to be about cramming lots of shit into Doom that seemed
cool at the time. I've decided to change that just a little, and throw in
stuff that's not only "cool", but actually sort of...you know...RELEVANT to
Doom. It's a semi-futuristic game, and to be honest, I highly doubt that even
a quarter of the crap that I had in Lock and Load 1 - 3 would even still be in
	      use.

Changes: -The Railgun and Laser Rifle are gone, more for balance than anything else.
	  -The M16's are gone.
-The OICW is the piece of junk it actually sounds like. It's only there as a means
	   of a starting weapon.
-I have added resistances and immunities to some of the more powerful monsters.
For example, the Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind are immune to small arms and resistant
to light armour-piercing weapons and fire weapons.
-"monster" weapons have been added. There's a rocket launcher that can fire Revenant rockets
and you can wield a Mancubus arm.
-And the biggest change of all is: This is for EDGE 1.28a! In short, the code's been updated!

There are other changes, but they're all weapon-related, so I'll get into that next.

The Weapons:

-Knife: Standard knife, fast attack, very decent damage (will kill pistol guy and sergeant in one hit).

-Chainsaw: I have decided to leave this alone. What IS Doom without the chainsaw? Really?

-Automatic Pistol: A 10mm pistol that can either be fired in semi-automic or automatic fire modes (no fire rate switch,
though, but you'll live...). Pretty basic stuff. Generous (25 rd.) clipsize. Can be dual-wielded.

-Magnum: Semi-Automatic sidearm with a 12 rd. clip, dishes out fair damage. Armour-piercing. Can be dual wielded.
When using two, you can fire one at a time, or both at a time for doubled damage.

-Automatic Shotgun: Fires in fully automatic mode, either buckshot (12 rd. clip) or slugs (8 rd. clip)

-Double-Barreled shotgun: I have restored this to its former glory. Fires either one barrel at a time or both.

-Assault Rifle: You start with this basic automatic rifle (as while as knife and pistol). 30 rd. clip.

-Battle Rifle: The upgrade to the former. Higher damage with an underslung grenade launcher. 50 rd. clip
for the rifle, 5 rd. clip for the grenade launcher.

-Minigun: Firing .50BMG ammunition at either "fast" or "blistering" rates of fire, this brutal weapon is better used
against your more dangerous enemies.

-Rocket Launcher: Standard rocket launcher. Fires rockets, what more can I say?

-Seeker Launcher: Fires normal rockets and weaker revenant rockets (puff removed for graphical reasons)

-Flamethrower: I've updated the graphics from the last one, but that's about it. Functionality is roughly the same.

-Mancubus Arm: Kill a Mancubus, then take its fireball-shooting arm, 'nuff said.

-Plasma Rifle: Same as always - or is it? Shots have a minute amount of splash damage.

-BFG 9000: I have added splash damage to this (enough to kill you fully armoured and healed up) and upped the cell usage.
Other than that, same old BFG. Just you can't use it in enclosed space >:D

Additional Credits to : The EDGE Team, Marc Pullen(Fanatic) for all his help regarding EDGE,
Covert Ops team, id Software for the Doom series, 3d Realms, Stephen Browning for all of his
free graphics and guidance (remember my old Fpower mod? Steve gave me some suggestions with that!),
The guys that developed Nam (your M-16 is great in Doom! :D), the innumerous movie sound wads
and theme wads creators, and to the Doom community itself for stayin' alive! I would also like to
credit Justin Fisher for the Smart Gun, and that's all.

Special thanks to: Cory Whittle for his Immoral Conduct wad, which is the greatest inspiration
behind my work, Marc Pullen for his guidance with DDF problems I had when I
started this project over a in 2001 ago, and Cacodemon Leader, BigBadGangsta, and
The_Bloody_One/Darkstorm for their friendship, guidance, sharing of ideas,
inspiration, and publicity. Also, Cacodemon Leader for ripping some graphics
for me for my older versions, and whomever else I have not thanked already. ]
All help given has been greatly appreciated! ALSO, I would like to thank the Doomworld community
(except for a few individuals that piss us all off) for being there...After
all, I have to have SOMEONE to enjoy all this, right? 8-P
