Overview
Surviving by the skin of his teeth for the umpteenth time, John Crichton finds himself stranded on the dying Leviathan Elack, accompanied by a Pilot who keeps falling asleep and a DRD who is obsessed with the 1812 Overture. He now has plenty of time on his hands to perfect his wormhole theories and dream about Aeryn. But a few new and old faces arrive to spoil his peaceful solitude...

What I thought
Special effects! Yay! Loads of them! Whoop! Whee! *ahem* Now where was I? Oh yeah, the episode review. I think I've mentioned the effects haven't I? The new CG models (who'd have thought a Leviathan could have wrinkles?), the big dog thing, the neural cluster bit - all nice and good. Onto the episode itself, 'cos if you haven't got a very good episode all those effects are gonna mean nowt. In any case, this episode is quite imaginitive - you only have to watch the neural cluster bit to see that. Sikozu seems to have an awful lot of handy abilities, being able to run all over the walls and re-attach limbs. Chiana as well is improved, her vision giving her weird Matrix-style sight. And Rygel even has a beard! The 1812 Overture was perfectly done, making the show all that more better, more chaotic, and so on. However, it didn't quite make the grade, appearing quite slow at some points. A 4 out of 5.
