A good little episode. Kind of like the politics seen in the 'Look at the Princess' trilogy, but shorter and easier. And yes, a nice new alien appearing. Crichton's arguments with himself were quite good (come on, wouldn't we all do that?). We also see more of Talyn than just the command chamber for the first time, and learn a bit more about Leviathan/Gunship xenobiology (but how were Talyn and Moya able to descend so far, when Leviathans aren't meant to go so close, as in episode 1.04 - I, E.T.). Aeryn's mother also become embroiled in the Farscape plot is a nice little twist, and the decision to split the crew up into two factions with a Crichton on each one seems like a very good idea. A plot which will probably form the basis for future episodes, and I'm not just talking about the Aeryn & mother, and the split up crew scenarios either - I'm talking about the alien thingy that's the cause of all this but we only see it for a few seconds. A nice little story, but not enough action for my taste. But then a plot like this doesn't have much action. Overall, 4 out of 5.
