choosing the right pillow
One of the most important characteristics of a pillow is its ability
to fit a person's unique contours, shape and sleep position. To choose
the pillow that is right for you, we start off with your sleeping position;
stomach, side or back and then select the type of pillow that fits your
sleep style.
Stomach sleeper |
SOFT pillow. If you are a stomach sleeper, your
pillow should have a softly sloping surface and tapered ends. |
Side sleeper |
MEDIUM pillow. If you are a side sleeper, you
need a pillow that has a raised and even sleeping surface, allowing
for improved neck alignment. |
Back sleeper |
FIRM pillow. If you are a back sleeper, your
neck requires firm support but your head should be cradled gently. |
