What is a Cooperative?
A Cooperative is a duly registered association of at least fifteen (15) persons with a common bond of interest who voluntarily join together to achieve a lawful common social and economic end.

What are Cooperative By-Laws?
By-laws are the set of rules that determines how a cooperative is to be run without confusion. In general, by-laws should be consistent with the provisions of the Cooperative code of the Philippines (R.A. 6938)

What are the Organizational Structure of a Cooperative?
A Cooperative is generally composed of the following: General Assembly, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Credit Committee, Election Committee, Education and Training Committee, and other committees essential to the operation of the cooperative that may be created.

Ang 'Balik Pinas Entrepinoy Program' ay isang programang bukas para sa lahat ng OFW na nais magnegosyo.
Ito ay naglalayon na maturuan ang sinumang nais magtagumpay sa negosyo kung paano magsimula at magpalawig ng negosyo sa pamamagitan ng wastong pag-uugali, hustong kaalaman at tamang pamamaraan o pamamalakad ng negosyo.
