ERW
Erw is a modernised farm cottage and
consists of three bedrooms 1 double,1 twin,1 Dbl. with access onto a balustraded
veranda (22ft x 11ft) with panoramic view, baby's cot, bathroom/toilet,
shower, shaverpoint. Large airing cupboard with immersion heater. All beds,
including baby's cot, have continental quilts, blankets available in the
airing cupboard. All bed linens are provided.
Downstairs
Lounge (Lounge/Dining room (30 x 17) with open fire (if required) colour television and video.Large windows in the Sun Lounge give scenic views while relaxing. Kitchen/Breakfast room, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mains radio, high chair,
hair dryer. All the usual household requirements are supplied. Central Heating is supplied free from October to the end of April. There is also secondary heating. Separate metered Automatic washer and tumble dryer facilities. Pay phone.

The house is situated in its own garden
, in an elevated position, thus giving a panoramic view of part of Cardigan
Bay and having Snowdonia Mountain range from Harlech to The Rivals in the
hinterland. Erw is encircled by its own garden of approx. 1 acre. The garden
has a large lawn, flower beds, swing, garden seats, sand pit, garden table
and chairs and barbecue.
A Bag of
charcoal with starters are supplied at cost for the use of guests. A footpath
leads from the main garden to either the village or beach. We are away
from the main road therefore there is no danger from passing traffic. The
house and garden are encircled in 5 acres of our own grounds and are only
half a mile from the nearest beach.
Local Facilities
Pony Trekking, Sea Angling from rock,
beach or boat. Tennis, Country Walks, Leisure Centre, access to Golf, Riding,
Meals. Numerous beaches (as we are on a peninsula it does not matter which
way the wind blows, there is always a sheltered beach). Hill climbing,
Boat launching from surrounding beaches.
Chemist, Post Office and two public
houses
