HOUSE - GLYN, LLANIESTYN
Glyn is a stone built Welsh style house
consisting of four bedrooms.
The frontal aspect is a panoramic view
of Cardigan Bay
along Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) from
Cilan to Rhiw headland.
Upstairs
3 Double bedrooms. Baby's cot . Large
bathroom with immersion heater, airing cupboard, shaver point.
Downstairs
1 Twin bedded room. All beds plus cot
have continental quilts, blankets are available in the airing cupboard.
All bed linens are provided. The Lounge with open fire ( if required), colour
television and video. Front portico/Reading room, Large pantry with fridge,
freezer, Hight chair, Payphone, electric tin opener, Hair Dryer and good cupboard space. Breakfast/Dining room with electric cooker, Microwave, Mains radio and kettle An Automatic Washer, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher are in an agecent Utility room leading into a Separate toilet and wash-hand basin. Conservatory. Independently controllable mounted electric heating, also secondary electric heating.
The house is situated in its own garden
in a slightly elevated position. The garden has a swing, sandpit, barbecue
and large picnic table. A Bag of charcoal with starter is supplied at cost
for use of our guests. All this nestled in a pleasant lawned garden with
flower beds, shrubs and trees encircled in 2 1/2 acres of grazing land.

Pony Trekking, Sea angling from rock,
beach and boat, Tennis, Country Walks, Leisure Centre, access to Golf,
Riding, Meals. Numerous beaches (as we are on a peninsula, it does not
matter from which direction the wind blows, there is always a sheltered
beach). Hill climbing, Boat Launching Llanbedrog, Abersoch and Pwllheli.
Shops and Public Houses (serving meals) in Llanbedrog, Sarn and Abersoch.
Weeks and weekends available.
Electricity calculated at end of stay.
