After our wedding on April 7th, 2001, we went on a cruise to Alaska!
It was a good trip... sleep, wake, eat, nap, walk around some port,
eat, nap, eat, drink, sleep...
It couldn't get much better, could it?

Our beautiful ship...
Departing from Vancouver...
"And this is the last land you'll see for a while..."
M, trying to be happy about saying good-bye to land...
Our "spacious" cabin!
Your studly tour guide...
Our view looking "stern", hanging off our balcony...
The first port: Ketchikan, Alaska
Us, on the bus to go on our "moderate" hike...
they have a different definition of moderate
(too easy!)
Our lifesavers on board, Bryan & Hayley,
and good buds now that we're in DC!
(They live in Baltimore, which is about a 30-minute drive)
Us, on our hike...
As we were pulling into Juneau, Alaska, port #2
The view from the Juneau skylift...
Marianne, get off the floor! ;-)
My girl, acting silly...
Um, I think the ranking system for "silly" has just changed...
We went to go see the Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau.
Dat's lots o' ice!
Another view, with me trying to be artistic...
The artist formerly known as Aaron...
Marianne looking very small next to the waterfall...
And... um... how do I explain this????
Each day, upon returning to our cabin, we would find some form
of... towel sculpture? This one scared us...
And here's just a host of other shots.
If you see soemthing and need more explanation, please email below...

Thanks for visiting,
Aaron & Marianne...
