Kaio-Ken:

- Use this chart when you try to use the Kaio-Ken. This is how the Kaio-Ken. Works. You temporarily trade in your hits to multiply your power level, power up and your characteristics to try to gain an upper hand on an opponent. You automatically power up to your maximum + the x the Kaio-Ken that you used. Once you use all of this energy the Kaio-Ken attack is over. [Note: You can not power up again, until Kaio-Ken is over.] You can not again regain your hits until the round is over, and even then, you can only get the hits back, that you would regularly get.
